Refund policy

Our refund policy states that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, please note that not all orders are eligible for a refund due to the non-reusable nature of some products. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Please be aware that there are certain items we cannot accept returns on unless they are faulty.

If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with return instructions and information on where to send your package. Please note that we will not accept items sent back to us without prior authorization.

Damages and issues:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. If you discover that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us right away so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/non-returnable items:

Due to the non-reusable nature of Printing Materials used, Slappa030 does not offer refunds on any Labels/Stickers or orders involving the printing of Goods once they have been printed. This policy applies to both custom orders and ready-made products. If you accidentally place an incorrect order, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue before it goes to print. Once orders have been received and sent for printing, we are unable to provide a refund due to the associated costs.

Refunds for our non-refundable products are only eligible in the case of a fault made by Slappa030. Please ensure that you double-check all spelling and artwork before submitting your order, as only errors made by us will be considered for a refund.

Please note that sale items or gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

International Orders:

For international orders, customs charges may apply before delivery, and these charges are beyond our control. If you refuse to pay customs charges and the parcel is returned to us, we advise our courier to destroy the parcel due to the return costs involved. Please be aware that any orders refused due to customs charges are not eligible for a refund unless you cover the return costs, which can often be more expensive than the products themselves.

Exchanges:

If you wish to ensure a prompt exchange and receive the item you desire, the fastest method is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or denial of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
